Mr. Corbin has been involved in the sale of over $1.7 Billion of investment properties throughout the Tri-state area spanning all major asset classes, including: multi-family apartment buildings, development sites, factory/warehouses, transitional housing facilities, bulk condominium packages, industrial, retail, office, mixed-use and commercial buildings.

He is currently selling nearly a dozen buildings in bankruptcy and foreclosure, including: 1-30 Marker Ridge ($12,000,000), 3052-3062 Brighton 1st ($25,000,000+), 159 Broadway ($28,000,000+), 216 Lenox Avenue ($2,750,000), 286 Rider Avenue ($12,000,000), 55 Dupont Street ($65,000,000+), 25-16 37th Avenue ($14,300,000), 15 W. 6th St, OH ($10,800,000+), and 4202-4218 Fort Hamilton Parkway ($22,000,000+).

Prior to joining Rosewood, Mr. Corbin spent a decade at Besen & Associates, where he won the prestigious awards of Deal Maker of the Year in 2017 and 2015, Broker of the Year in 2014, and Team Player Award in 2013. In 2017 he also received the PropertyIDX Power Broker Award. Before Besen, he was a Director of Sales at Massey Knakal Realty Services, now Cushman and Wakefield.

Mr. Corbin has been the Co-Chairman of the YJP Real Estate Division since 2012, and was presented with its distinguished Leadership Award at the organization’s 1,000+ person Cipriani Gala. He is also the Co-Founder of the NYIC Real Estate Group, executive board member of FFT, Co-Founder of The Legion, and founding board member of Give To Give.

Mr. Corbin is a graduate of Horace Mann and Boston University. He is a native New Yorker and lives on the Upper West Side with his wife and children.
